ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

TOWN OF GRANBY

IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF

Michele M. Doyle

FOR AN AREA VARIANCE     RESOLUTION 2010-01

WHEREAS, the Applicant, Michele M. Doyle has appealed to the Zoning Board of Appeals for an AREA VARIANCE from Section  IV, Subsection B of the Town of Granby Zoning Ordinance for relief from front set-back restriction to place a storage building on property located at 32 Dann Road, Fulton, tax map # 271.03-01-15. and,

WHEREAS, a notice of public hearing was duly published in the official newspaper of the Town of Granby at least (5) days prior to the date of such public hearing, and all additional notices thereof having been made as required by law, and

WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on Tuesday June 22, 2010 upon the above referenced matter, and,

WHEREAS, at said hearing all those interested in said variance were heard either in favor or in opposition there to, and,

The Board has relied on verbal representations made by the applicants during the course of this proceeding as noted in the applicable Board Minutes.  The validity of these statements are expressly made a condition of this approval.

NOW THEREFORE, upon motion duly made by Chairman Holmes and seconded by Member Fadden,

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Granby, upon the facts presented and the determination made, that the area variance application for 15' front setback variance on property located at 32 Dann Road, Fulton, tax map # 271.03-01-15 is hereby GRANTED with the following express conditions: NONE.
