TOWN OF GRANBY
SPECIAL MEETING
NOVEMBER 17, 2015
7:00 P.M.
CALL TO ORDER
Supervisor
Williamson called the meeting to order at 7:03 P.M. Present for the roll call were; Supervisor Ed Williamson, Councilors Matt Callen,
Eric Clothier and Brenda Frazier-Hartle.
Councilor Lori Blackburn was not present. Deputy Supervisor John Snow Jr. was also
present. There was 1 Resident in
attendance.
Councilor
Callen made a motion to appoint Lesley Schmidt, Esq. as Town Justice to fill
the vacancy left by Justice Bruce Wells, Councilor Frazier-Hartle seconded the
motion, Supervisor Williamson was in favor, Councilor Clothier abstained.
The
Board then discussed if Judge Sterio would stay on until December 31, 2015 per
the Administrative Order from the Fifth Judicial District and if so, how he
would be paid.
The
Board decided to look into asking Judge Sterio to stay on for the month of
December and who will receive the Justice salary and who will receive a
stipend.
Councilor
Clothier made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Supervisor Williamson seconded
the motion, all were in favor, none opposed.

adjourned at 7:30 P.M.
