CALL TO ORDER & ROLL CALL

COMMUNICATIONS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS:

The Town has received a Resolution directing the Treasurer’s office on the Re Levy of certain taxes.

The Town has received an email from Doug Miller of Miller Engineering that should the Water Service Area 6A vote not pass there will be no additional charge from him.

The Town has received a letter from a resident with other resident’s signature regarding Floody’s Bar and Restaurant on State Route 48.  They have built a band stand and a volleyball court without permission from the Planning Board and are in violation of Town Ordinance.  The loud noise from the bands is very disturbing to the surrounding neighbors.  The Codes Department has sent Floody’s a letter informing them of the proper procedure.  The Town Board should give serious thought to have a Noise Ordinance on our books.

The 2014 June 21, Family Fun Day was a huge success and the Citizen of the Year presentation to Lance Knapp and his wife Polly was very nice.  Lance received a Proclamation from Senator Patty Ritchie and one from Assemblyman Will Barclay and a plaque from the Town of Granby.
